Resolved,
That, in relation to bets made on or after 1st April 1992, for "8 per cent." in section 1(2) of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981 there shall be substituted "7.75 per cent.".
And it is hereby declared that it is expedient in the public interest that this Resolution should have statutory effect under the provisions of the Provisional Collection of Taxes Act 1968.
