§ Mr. Peter Hain accordingly presented a Bill to amend the law relating to the procedure whereby householders and frontages may seek the making up and adoption of a road by a local authority: to require local authorities to act as guarantors for bank and building society loans taken out by householders and frontagers for the purposes of making up and adoption; and for connected purposes: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 13 November and to be printed.
