Before I call the next speaker, I have to notify the House, in accordance with the Royal Assent Act 1967, that the Queen has signified her Royal Assent to the following Acts:

• Mauritius Republic Act 1992
• Non-Domestic Rating Act 1992
• Pittenweem Harbour Order Confirmation Act 1992
• Mersey Docks and Harbour Act 1992
• British Railways (No. 2) Act 1992
