Ordered, That there be laid before the House accounts of the Contingencies Fund, 1990–91, showing:

  1. (1) The Receipts and Payments in connection with the Fund in the year ended the 31st day of March 1991.
  2. (2) The Distribution of the Capital of the Fund at the commencement and close of the year; with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General thereon.—[Mr. Neil Hamilton.]
