No. 28, in page 9, line 11, leave out from 'relates' to end of line 13 and insert—

  1. '(a) the procedure for obtaining, or otherwise relating to, the consent, permission, licence, order or confirmation, and
  2. (b) the procedure relating to the application made under section 6 above,
