Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Further and Higher Education Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise— (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any sums required by a Minister of the Crown—

  1. (a) for making grants to any of the following bodies established by the Act, that is, the Further Education Funding Council for England, the Further Education Funding Council for Wales, the Higher Education Funding Council for England and the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales, and
  2. (b) for defraying his administrative expenses under the Act, and

(2) any increase attributable to the Act in the sums payable under any other Act out of money so provided.—[Mr. Boswell.]
