Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Social Security (Mortgage Interest Payments) Bill it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any administrative expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown in consequence of that Act; and
  2. (b) the making of payments into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Nicholas Baker.]
