§ That this House takes note of European Community Document No. 6718/92 + COR 1 and the supplementary Explanatory Memorandum submitted by the Overseas Development Administration on 4th December, relating to 95 development co-operation policy in the run-up to the year 2000; and welcomes the declaration made at the Development Council on 18th November, which takes full account of United Kingdom interests in this field.—[Mr. Arbuthnot.]
