Amendment made: No. 101, in page 80, leave out lines 25 to 34 and insert 'take all reasonably practicable steps—

1. (a) to give the person to whom the apparatus belongs reasonable facilities for monitoring the execution of the works, and
2. (b) to comply with any requirement made by him which is reasonably necessary for the protection of the apparatus or for securing access to—[Mr. Freeman.]
