I beg to move amendment No. 77, in page 21, line 38, at end insert— '(6) References in this Part to the termination of an assignation are references to the termination of the rights assigned under the assignation.'. This a minor technical amendment. It merely makes it clear that the references to an assignation ceasing are interpreted as references to rights under an assignation ceasing which, in strict legal terms, is more correct. The amendment is necessary only to avoid any ambiguities and does not change the intended effect of any of the provisions.
