- `(aa) in subsection (2) after "shall" there is inserted "direct the acquiring authority to",
- (ab) after that subsection there is inserted—
(2A) Notice under subsection (2) above shall be given in such form and manner as the Secretary of State may direct".'No. 24, in page 172, line 39, after "land"' insert—
- `(aa) in sub-paragraph (3) after "shall" there is inserted "direct the acquiring authority to",
- (ab) after that sub-paragraph there is inserted—
