§ Mr. JesselIs not it a most remarkable achievement that, in spite of all the difficulties over the past 10 years, the growth in output in Northern Ireland has kept in line with that in the rest of the United Kingdom?
§ Dr. MawhinneyI agree with my hon. Friend. It is a tribute to the management and workers of the Province that it has done so.
