The minimum age for the possession and use of air weapons and crossbows be raised to seventeen.The sale of air weapons, crossbows and ammunition by mail order be prohibited.The penalty on conviction for misuse of air weapons and crossbows to include confiscation of said weapons and any ammunition.In essence, the petition is about protecting people, especially children, and family pets such as cats and dogs.
