I have to notify the House, in accordance with the Royal Assent Act 1967, that the Queen has signified her Royal Assent to the following Acts:

• Namibia Act 1991.
• Ministerial and other Pensions and Salaries Act 1991.
• Smith Kline & French Laboratories, Australia, and Menley & James, Australia, Act 1991.
• Midland Metro (Penalty Fares) Act 1991.
