Lords amendments considered.

I understand that it is for the convenience of the House that all the Lords amendments should be considered together.

I share your understanding, Mr. Speaker, that it would seem to be for the convenience of the House that all the Lords amendments should be discussed together, but in the interests of the rules of procedure perhaps I should move formally that the House agrees with Lords amendment No. 1.
