Ordered, That, at tomorrow's sitting, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 14 (Exempted business) and No. 15 (Prayers against Statutory Instruments, &c. (negative procedure)), the Motions in the names of Mr. Secretary Lang and Mr. Neil Kinnock relating to Legal Aid and Advice (Scotland) may be proceeded with, though opposed, for one and a half hours after the first of them has been entered upon, and, if these proceedings have not previously been disposed of, Mr. Speaker shall at the expiry of that period put the Questions necessary to dispose of the Motions in the names of Mr. Secretary Lang.—[Mr. Boswell.]
