Ordered,
That, at tomorrow's sitting, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 14 (Exempted business) and No. 15 (Prayers against Statutory Instruments, &c. (negative procedure)), the Motions in the names of Mr. Secretary Lang and Mr. Neil Kinnock relating to Legal Aid and Advice (Scotland) may be proceeded with, though opposed, for one and a half hours after the first of them has been entered upon, and, if these proceedings have not previously been disposed of, Mr. Speaker shall at the expiry of that period put the Questions necessary to dispose of the Motions in the names of Mr. Secretary Lang.—[Mr. Boswell.]

That, at the sitting on Thursday 18th April, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 14 (Exempted business), if proceedings on the Motion in the name of the Prime Minister relating to Agriculture have not previously beeen disposed of, Mr. Speaker shall at Ten o'clock put the Questions necessary to dispose of them, including the Question on any Amendment proposed to the said Motion which he may have selected and which may then be moved, and such Questions may be decided after the expiry of the time for opposed business.—[Mr. Boswell.]
