Lords amendment: No. 12, in page 17, line 15, leave out sub-paragraph (5).

By way of clarification, will the Minister be good enough to confirm that subsection (5), which has been deleted as a result of the Lords amendment, was unnecessary in the first place? Will he place it on the record that health service employers, and those working within the health service, are covered by other sections of the schedule, and that, therefore, there is no question of their not being given the benefits of this legislation?
