§ Mr. Secretary King, supported by Mr. Secretary Waddington, Mr. Secretary Waldegrave, Mr. Attorney-General and Mr. Archie Hamilton presented a Bill to continue the Army Act 1955, the Air Force Act 1955 and the Naval Discipline Act 1957; to amend those Acts and other enactments relating to the armed forces; to make provision for compensation for miscarriages of justice before courts-martial; to make provision for orders for the assessment and emergency protection of children forming part of or staying with service families abroad; and for connected purposes: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time tomorrow and to be printed.
