§ Mr. RaffanAs my hon. Friend and his officials are on record as saying that they are minded to support the recommendation that radiotherapy facilities be developed in north Wales at Glan Clwyd hospital, will he undertake to announce a decision soon after the consultation period ends on 31 March?
§ Mr. GristMy hon. Friend will not be surprised if I say that we are minded to do so, which is all I can say until we have considered what the consultation brings forward. We shall not delay our announcement once we have made up our minds.
