§ That this House takes note of European Community Documents Nos. 4699/90 and 4779/90, relating to health conditions for the production and marketing of live bivalve molluscs and of fishery products, and 4783/90, relating to animal health conditions for the marketing of aquaculture animals and products; and supports the Government's aim of ensuring that any Council Regulations resulting from these proposals contribute to effective and efficient hygiene and health controls throughout the Community. —[Mr. Nicholas Baker.]
