§ The Attorney-GeneralI beg to move amendment No. 179, in page 78, line 5, leave out from 'body' to end of line 7 and insert
'(other than any body established by this Act), includes any person who is not a member of that body but who may be subject to disciplinary sanctions for failure to comply with any of that body's rules;'.This is an important drafting amendment to the definition of clause 99, which I should be most unwise to describe.
