Lords amendment: No. 13, page 20, line 30, after British Dependent Territories citizen insert a British National (Overseas)

I beg to move, That this House doth agree with the Lords in the said amendment.

This is purely a technical amendment which adds the term "a British National (Overseas)" to those found in clause 17(1)(a). The term is derived from the provisions of the Hong Kong Act 1985 and brings the terms used in paragraph (a) up to date.
