§ Queen's Recommendation having been signified—
§ Resolved,
That for the purposes of any Act of the present Session resulting from the Social Security Bill it is expedient to authorize—
- (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
- (a) any expenses incurred under the Act by a Minister of the Crown;
- (b) any sums payable out of money so provided into the National Insurance Fund under the Act;
- (c) any increases attributable to the Act in the sums payable out of money provided by Parliament under any other Act; and
- (2) the making of payments into the Consolidated
