§ Mr. Adam Ingram (East Kilbride)With your leave, Mr. Speaker, I wish to present a petition which has been signed by 17,000 of my constituents. It expresses the deep concern within my constituency about the implications of the Government's Health Service proposals and draws attention to the widespread opposition among doctors, nurses and other NHS personnel to the Government's proposals, and also concern among patients who use the Health Service. My constituents ask that the Government take full account of their views.
