§ Mr. Eddie Loyden (Liverpool, Garston)I beg the leave of the House to present a petition on behalf of the MV Derbyshire Families Association to establish a new inquiry in the light of new evidence presented by Professor Geraint Price of Brunel university to the Royal Institution of Naval Architects on 18 October and the new evidence obtained by Tyne Tees Television in the underwater film of the wreckage of the Kowloon Bridge. The petitioners pray:
