Ordered, That, at the sitting on Monday 17th December, unless proceedings in Committee of the whole House on new Clauses in respect of the Criminal Justice Bill relating to capital punishment have previously been disposed of, the Chairman shall at Ten o'clock put forthwith the following Questions (but no others)—

  1. (a) the Question already proposed from the Chair;
  2. (b) any Question necessary to bring to a decision a Question so proposed (including, in the case of a new Clause which has been read a second time, the Question on any Amendment to such a new Clause which has been selected by him and which may then be moved and, thereafter, the Question that the Clause, or the Clause as amended, be added to the Bill);
  3. (c) any Question necessary to dispose of any other new Clauses and Amendments thereto, which have been selected by him and which may then be moved.—[Mr. Sackville.]
