§ 2. The following entries shall be omitted:—
§ The General Practice Finance Corporation.
§ The entry beginning 'A Medical Appeal Tribunal'.
§ The New Towns Staff Commission.
§ The Police Complaints Board for Northern Ireland.
§ The Traffic Commissioners for any area (including the Commissioner for the Metropolitan Traffic Area).
§ The Tribunal established under Part II of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949.
§ The University Grants Committee.
