§ 13B In section 734 of the Companies Act 1985 (criminal B.proceedings against unincorporated bodies), at the end add—
§ "(5) Where such an offence committed by a partnership is proved to have been committed with the consent or connivance of, or to be attributable to any neglect on the part of, a partner, he as well as the partnership is guilty of the offence and liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly.
§ (6) Where such an offence committed by an unincorporated body (other than a partnership) is proved to have been committed with the consent or connivance 1207 of, or to be attributable to any neglect on the part of, any officer of the body or any member of its governing body, he as well as the body is guilty of the offence and liable to be proceeded against and punished accordingly.".'.
