§ The Solicitor-GeneralI beg to move amendment No.268, in page 3, line 36, leave out subsections (2) and (3) and insert—
'(2) No parental responsibility agreement shall have effect for the purposes of this Act unless—
- (a) it is made in the form prescribed by regulations made by the Lord Chancellor; and
- (b) where regulations are made by the Lord Chancellor prescribing the manner in which such agreements must be recorded, it is recorded in the prescribed manner.'.

§ The Solicitor-GeneralAgain, these amendments deal with the question of the prescribed form for parental responsibility agreements and, in future, with methods of recording them as laid down as and when the Lord Chancellor comes to lay them down.
