No. 26, in page 19, line 33, leave out 'in respect of any year'. No. 73, in page 19, line 37, leave out from 'offence' to end of line 42 and insert— '(4A) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (4) above—

  1. (a) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, and
  2. (b) if the failure to submit the monitoring return continues after conviction, is liable on a second or subsequent summary conviction to a fine not 1185 exceeding one tenth of level 5 on the standard scale for each day on which the failure continues.'.—[Mr. Viggers.]
