Amendment made: No. 16, in page 12, line 42, at end insert— '(5A) If it appears to the Department that there has been a change in the value of money since the relevant date, it may by order substitute for the sum for the time being specified in subsection (3)(b) above such other sum as appears to it to be justified by the change. (5B) In subsection (5A) above 'the relevant date' means—

  1. (a) in relation to the first order under that subsection, the commencement of this section, and
    2. 1184
  2. (b) in relation to each subsequent order, the last occasion when the sum specified in subsection (3)(b) above was altered.'.— [Mr. Viggers.]
