Yes, it is. You, Mr. Speaker, probably noticed early-day motion 523 on yesterday's Order Paper. It had little political significance as it congratulated the Prime Minister on the birth of her grandchild. I thought that I would give it some political significance by tabling an amendment.

Mr. Speaker

Order. The hon. Gentleman should not refer in the Chamber to a decision that I have taken regarding the Order Paper.

Mr. Skinner

I did not know that you had taken a decision, Mr. Speaker.

Mr. Speaker

That explains it. I went to the Table Office. Probably we were trying to do the same thing, little knowing that we were working together, you and I. When I got there, I thought, "I shall amend this thing by saying that I hope that the"—

No; the hon. Gentleman must not mention in the Chamber what his amendment might have been.
