Ordered, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Antarctic Minerals Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the inclusion in licences granted under the Act of conditions requiring the rendering of payments to the Secretary of State; and
  2. (b) the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund. —[Mr. Maclean.]
