Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Social Security Bill it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—
    1. (i) any expenses incurred under the Act by a Minister of the Crown;
    2. (ii) any increase attributable to the provisions of the Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other Act;
  2. (b) the making of payments into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Scott.]
