Ordered,
That during the proceedings on the matter of the effects of the Queen's Speech on the people of Wales, the Welsh Grand Committee have leave to sit twice on the first day on which it shall meet, and that, notwithstanding the provisions of Standing Order No. 88 (Meetings of standing committees), the second such sitting shall not commence before 4 pm nor continue after the Committee have considered the matter for 2 hours at the sitting.—[Mr. John M.
