Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purpose of any Act resulting from the Legal Aid Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise the payment out of money provided by Parliament of—

  1. (a) any sums required for payments by the Lord Chancellor to the Legal Aid Board established by the Act;
  2. (b) any other expenses of the Lord Chancellor under the Act; and
  3. (c) any increase in the expenses of any other Minister of the Crown attributable to the discharge of functions under the Act.—[The Solicitor-General.]
