HC Deb 04 May 1988 vol 132 c883
Mr. James Molyneaux (Lagan Valley)

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. You will be aware that there is today a meeting of the Anglo-Irish conference and that the agenda is such that the discussions and decisions taken will affect the constituents of every hon. Member. Do you, Sir, know whether it is the intention of the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland to make a statement as soon as possible; or, if not, is it possible for that request to be conveyed to the Leader of the House?

Mr. Speaker

I am sure that the Leader of the House, who is present, will have heard what has been said.
