§ Mr. Roland Boyes accordingly presented a Bill to amend the Road Traffic Act 1972 to lower the prescribed blood alcohol concentration limit from 80 milligrammes of alcohol to 100 millilitres of blood, to 50 milligrammes of alcohol to 100 millilitres of blood: And the same was read the First time; and ordered to be read a Second time upon Friday 8 July and to be printed.
