19.—(1) The Secretary of State may by rules—'.

No. 143, in line 46, leave out from 'forms' to end of line 48.

No. 144, in page 128, line 3, leave out paragraphs (c) to (e).

No. 145, in line 17, leave out paragraphs (g) and (h).

No. 146, in line 20, at end insert— '(ga) specify cases in which compensation is not to be paid as a lump sum and how it is to be paid in any such case;'.

No. 147, in line 24, at end insert 'and

  1. (j) make such incidental or supplementary provision as appears to the Secretary of State to be appropriate.
