§ Mr. MaddenI am very sorry to raise a point of order, Mr. Speaker, and I will not detain the House, but it relates directly to the point made by my hon. Friend the Member for Derbyshire, North-East (Mr. Barnes) about petitions presented to Parliament and referred to Ministers. Will you look into the situation very carefully and instruct Ministers and Departments that they should not divulge the names anti addresses on such petitions to any third party?
