Mr. Kenneth Hind (Lancashire, West)

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. Several hon. Members have approached me because they have received a writ that has been served on every Member of the House of Commons and upon every Member of the other place from a litigant in Sheffield's High Court. I have been in contact with the High Court in Sheffield and I am informed that the writ is genuine and that we shall all receive a copy of it. I seek your guidance, Mr. Speaker, on how we should deal with the matter.

Mr. Speaker

As far as I know, I do not appear on the writ.

Mr. Hind

You do.

Mr. Speaker

My copy must have gone astray then. The hon. Gentleman had better let me look into the matter.
