§ Mr. WintertonDuring the exchange between the hon. Member for Walsall, North (Mr. Winnick) and my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister, from a sedentary position, heard by us all, the hon. Gentleman described the Prime Minister as a hypocrite. [Interruption.] I believe that the standards of the House should be maintained. I understand that that is an unparliamentary word and I ask you, Mr. Speaker, to ask the hon. Gentleman to withdraw it.
§ Mr. SpeakerI did not hear that word but the standard of behaviour during Prime Minister's questions was absolutely disgraceful.
