As you are the guardian of Back-Bench rights, I am sure that you would want Back Benchers to be well informed, and our Library services are essential in that regard. You may not be aware that the latest volume of Winston Churchill's biography is missing from the Library. That is very unfortunate, because if it were there hon. Members could read on page 190 that when Churchill was in Cuba on 1 February 1946 and was asked to criticise the Attlee Government, he replied that he never criticised the Government of his country while he was abroad.
