Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act resulting from the Welsh Development Agency Bill, it is expedient to authorise the following, namely—

  1. (a) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any increase which is attributable to an increase to £700 million of the financial limit specified in section 18(3) of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 in the sums payable under the said Act of 1975 out of money so provided; and
  2. (b) the payment out of the National Loans Fund or the Consolidated Fund of any increase which is so attributable in the sums payable under the said Act of 1975 out of that Fund. —[Mr. Durant]
