Lords amendment: No. 18, in page 47, line 15, leave out from "Authority" to end of line 17 and insert and any member of its Navigation Committee".

With this it will be convenient to discuss Lords amendments Nos. 19 and 20.

These three amendments put right minor defects in schedule 6, as originally drafted, in the way in which the Broads Authority was made a local authority for the purpose of existing legislation.
