Resolved, That the Report [14th April] from the Business Committee be now considered.—[Mr. Wakeham.]

Question, That this House doth agree with the Committee in its resolution, put forthwith pursuant to Standing Order No. 80 (Business Committee)—[Mr. Wakeham.]—and agreed to.

Following is the Report of the Business Committee:

That— (1) the order in which proceedings on Consideration are taken shall be new Clauses 1, 2, 5 and 7, Clauses 1 and 2, Schedule 1, Clauses 3 to 15, new Clause 13, Clauses 16 to 21, Schedules 2 and 3, Clauses 22 to 28, new Clauses 8, 9 and 16, Clauses 29 to 43, Schedule 4, Clauses 44 to 48, Schedules 5 and 6, Clauses 49 to 51, Schedule 7, Clauses 52 and 53, Schedule 8, Clauses 54 to 69, Schedules 9 and 10, Clauses 70 to 72, Schedule 11, Clauses 73 to 81, new Clauses 4, 6 and 15, Clauses 82 to 130, Schedule 12, Clause 131, Schedule 13, Clauses 132 to 142, Schedule 14, Clauses 143 and 144, new Clause 14, remaining new Clauses and new Schedules; (2) the allotted days which under the Order of 22nd February, as varied by the Order of 13th April, are given to the proceedings on Consideration and Third Reading shall be allotted in the manner shown in the Table set out below and, subject to the provisions of that Order as so varied, each part of the proceedings shall be brought to a conclusion at the time specified in the third column of that Table.
