Ordered, That, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 9 of Standing Order No. 13 (Arrangement of Public Business) and the Order of the House of 30th June relating to business of the House, the ballot for Private Members' Notices of Motions which are to have precedence on Friday 27th November shall be held after Questions on Tuesday 17th November. That, at the sitting on Monday 16th November, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1) (b) of Standing Order No. 14 (Exempted business), Mr. Speaker shall put the Questions on the Motions in the names of Mr. Secretary Walker and Mr. Secretary Rifkind relating to Public Health not later than one and a half hours after the first of them has been entered upon. — [Mr. Kenneth Carlisle.]
