§ Mr. Peter Bruinvels (Leicester, East)On a point of order, Mr. Speaker. During prayers at the beginning of each day's business the noise from outside the Chamber seems to be on the increase. Perhaps you could ask hon. Members waiting to come into the Chamber to keep the noise down because it is disturbing if one is praying.
§ Mr. SpeakerI have not noticed the noise, perhaps because I am at the opposite end of the Chamber. I shall ensure that the House authorities look into the problem to see what can be done about it.
