Queen's Recommendation having been signified—

Resolved, That, for the purpose of any Act resulting from the Debtors (Scotland) Bill [Lords], it is expedient to authorise—

  1. (1) the payment out of money provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown under that Act;
  2. (2) the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund.—[Mr. Maude.]
