§ Mr. MitchellThese amendments are protective arrangements agreed between the parties during the Select Committee of another place over the drainage lagoon works in the Bill and the discharges from it. Because of further amendments to schedule 7 made in another place, it is unlikely that the lagoon will be built, but the protection is needed should it be necessary, after all, to build one. The question of the sewer alternative arises under amendment No. 197.
